Conduct of the Practical Examination for the Housekeeping Course – Third Year (Arabic and Language Sections)

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University; Prof. Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Nahla Mohamed Helmy, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels;

And under the supervision and administration of Prof. Dr. Heba Allah Sobhy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Associate Prof. Dr. Wael Mohamed Abdel Nabi, Head of the Hotel Management Department;

The practical examination for the Housekeeping course was conducted on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, for third-year students of the Hotel Management Department (Arabic and Language sections).

The examination committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nahla Mohamed Helmy, Dean of the Faculty and Professor in the Hotel Management Department, and included Dr. Sayed Sherif, Lecturer in the Hospitality Management Department at Sinai Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels and delegated member at the Faculty, as well as Dr. Sherine Mohamed Sherif, Practical Training Expert at Tourism and Hotels faculties and institutes in Egypt, Assistant Lecturer at the Higher Institute of Tourism, Hotels, and Antiquities Restoration in Abu Qir, Alexandria, and delegated member at the Faculty.

Students were assessed on their skills in dealing with hotel guests, room arrangement and preparation for guest reception, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security of hotel rooms.
