Continuation of Practical Training Lectures for Hotel Management Students

As part of the commitment of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels at Beni Suef University to developing the practical skills of students in the Hotel Management Department, one of the practical training lectures for the Food Production course was held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Faculty’s training kitchen. The session was conducted for second-year students of the Hotel Management Department.

This came under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nehla Mohamed Helmy, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels; Prof. Dr. Heba Allah Sobhy Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wael Mohamed Abdel Nabi, Head of the Hotel Management Department. The practical training was delivered by Chef Ayman El-Ashry, Applied Trainer at the Workers’ University and a culinary expert in faculties of Tourism and Hotels, with the assistance of the teaching support staff of the Hotel Management Department.

The Faculty administration extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Sherine Gad for facilitating the administrative procedures necessary to implement the practical training.
